What we publish

Proceedings

Open access under CC BY 4.0 with an ISBN and a DOI for every paper, hosted permanently by the university library. No publication charge.

Indexing

The 2023 and 2025 volumes are indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index; the 2027 volume is submitted within eight weeks of the conference.

  • Length — 6,000–8,000 words for full papers; 3,000–4,000 for short papers

  • Generative AI — Disclose any use before the references; AI systems cannot be listed as authors
  • Ethics — Approval reference and consent arrangements stated in the methods section
